Sound baths are starting back tomorrow night alternating Tuesday and Thursday nights from 7:30 in St Agnes. If you'd like to join us, there's 2 spots free for tomorrow and a link in the comments to book for Jan/Feb dates.

If those nights don't work out for you, there's always the option of arranging your own group of up to 8 people to come and experience a sound bath on a day or night that suits you best.

What a beautiful and restorative session this was! Guided by the deep, enveloping sounds of the Earth gong and the expansive frequencies of the cosmos sound plate - I absolutely adore this pairing 🤍

Whilst Louise guided participants through a Yin Yoga sequence, I created a live soundtrack that flowed with each pose and supported a deepening in the essence of each one. It was so magical!

How do we send healing sound vibration to where it is needed?

The ancient Taoists understood that the body had rivers or pathways of energy that run through our organ systems and our body (an energy grid). Illness or disease is a manifestation of disharmony and discord in the flow of energy/ chi through these organ circuit systems. Each meridian/organ system has specific functions and if out of balance - symptoms will manifest. The beauty of Chinese medicine lies in the intention to not just treat the symptoms but to address the underlying cause as to why the symptoms are there in the first place. Acupuncture points are the vortices of the body, doorways to our chi/energy pathways that provide noninvasive access into the core energetic systems within the body.
So what better way to direct sound frequency than through the holistic philosophy of Chinese Medicine. The voices of our heavenly spheres provide musical intervals, archetypes, and correspondences that help us to fine-tune the therapeutic frequency that is required and then applied to the point and body with tuning forks.

There are natural healing frequencies within our universe that can build/enhance systems if depleted, move energy or water if stagnated and bring balance to the natural elements in our biology.

Next up is Unwinding Trauma with Fibonacci and the Extraordinary Vessels, then it's on to my thesis!

This coming Sunday, I'll be teaming up again with international Breathworker John Stamoulos for a delightful fusion of Sound and Breathwork.

I've had the opportunity to co-facilitate with John a few times now and it's always such a joyful weaving of energies. With so much coming into our conscious attention for transformation, I can't think of a better time to be offering this!

Opening, releasing and dispersing vs building, nurturing and bringing to fullness. I don't know what I enjoy more about the New Moon and Full Moon forks...the qualities they offer or how much I love how the metal blue and white colours look together 😄

It took me around 15 years to start moving through the Acutonics®️ training system and finally it happened with level 1 and 2 over the last week! Yay! It was the first modality that really called to me as it combined many elements I was interested in....astrology, ancient Chinese medicine, energy healing and sound.

When it first called, I just couldn't make it happen. Work wouldn't allow me the time off and my financial resources were very tight. It was too risky especially since I'd only ever read about it and had no way of actually experiencing it before quitting my job and taking out a loan! Plus I was physically very unwell...travel was not a great fit for me. It all seemed impossible so I let it go.

Other doors opened up and in the years that followed, I studied the acupuncture system and 5 element philosophy through my light pen training and completed therapeutic sound with BAST including a separate module of tuning fork therapy. I also explored and trained in many methods of energy healing all of which I love and still practice. I found a way to merge all that learning and wisdom together and was feeling really satisfied with what I was doing.

Last year though, my calling towards Acutonics®️ came through again. Only this time I could follow through! 😊 The time was right, the teacher was right and everything flowed (including the resources) toward this moment so I could attend just weeks out from my 40th birthday.... goosebumps!

This is how it was always meant to be. A bigger picture plan was in motion and it feels like a HUGE completion and opening. I can't wait for the next step! 💖

Time for a little tune up!

This point that I'm supporting calms the spirit and harmonises the inner and outer worlds. It helps to open one to their inner self and can facilitate a shift in perspective which leads to change in one's outer circumstances. Once I've finished offering the sound, I'll nourish the meridian pathway with light and colour.
