I bet you are wondering why we chose the name intrinsic mind. The term โ€˜Intrinsicโ€™ refers to the essential nature of a living thing. Humans have an innate desire to better themselves and that all individuals have the capacity to make their own free choices. However, sometimes we may deviate and become misdirected from our ambitions due to any number of mental, physical, or emotional setbacks. Distorted thought patterns, and poor habits are the main contributors that hinder progress towards growth and realizing your goals.

Intrinsic motivation arises from within; it involves engaging in a behaviour because it is personally rewarding. This is why we are here to be your personal coach and help you realise your goals by reawakening your innate, natural desires and helping you become even more intrinsically motivated to succeed in achieving your desired outcome. We donโ€™t do the work for you, you do that yourself, we just help to give you the skills, support and nudge needed for you to begin that journey.
