What a perfect message from the Angels this morning - "While it is true that challenges do make you stronger, peace leads to even bigger growth spurts."

After reading this, I went for a beautiful walk on the esplanade and stopped to slow down and admire this little fella taking his time to cross the pavement. Just as well I was breathing it all in and slowing down or I could have easily trampled on him.

Timely message as I continue to choose peace and love and rewire my thoughts in every moment.

"Bring it into form" is the guidance from today's Oracle, encouraging you to bring your dreams and possibilities of light into the world. They need to live, to manifest.

You are being asked to honour yourself with a commitment to complete your inspired tasks. This will help you to grow and that is a wonderful reason to commit. You know that your inspired ideas are worth translating into practical forms so that other people can access them and experience something special too.

I'm back home after the most amazing week on Magnetic Island, Queensland, sharing space and hearts with Sacred Earth and 45 other divine souls, connecting, releasing, cleansing, and healing.

My intention was to open my heart to allow myself to receive as I'm pretty good at giving but still learning the art of receiving. This incredible retreat did much more than that as I now anchor my energy to ground, feeling so grateful for all of it, and the beautiful new soul friendships.

With a blissful heart I return to help you do that too.

Recharging at the beach, as usual, and greeted with this magnificent glowing sun. Speechless and grateful.

Thanks to the wellbeing team at the Port Adelaide Enfield Council for having me back again to run a workshop at The Lights Community and Sports Centre on "What does wellbeing look like to you".

In circle we shared our experiences that make us feel happy, drew an affirmation card, did some breathwork and gentle movement, and finished with a short Tibetan singing bowl cleansing to uplift our vibration.

Great fun sharing with others, a perfect 13 of us in total.

This message is so spot on for the energy I've been feeling recently. Hope it resonates and supports you too.

Yep! As always, today's message totally resonates as I've been connecting with the joy of allowing myself to receive, something I've needed to get more comfortable with and balance in my life.

Anyone else feeling the pull to letting the Universe gift us in the most wonderous ways that we might not be able to even perceive yet?!

A spiritual gift will be bestowed upon you as and when it is needed, in the form that will best serve the love in you.

Assistance is coming your way so act on it and say yes. This Oracle also comes with the message that you are to trust in the things you feel and say to others without knowing why. It moves them.

You might not understand, but through trust you are allowing yourself not to over-think and censor yourself. Let life happen through you.

All stress is self-imposed, since all stress-inducing situations are elected by your own free will. You also have the free will to reduce or eliminate stress.

So excited to include this deep and transformative experience into my existing healing sessions to bring the body back into harmony and divine resonance.

Changing it up again in my treatment room at Carpe Diem with Remi with the addition of my gorgeous antique French provincial chair. Decor change to compliment the new colours.
