In the end, people will judge you anyway, no matter what you do or how hard you try to please them. So donāt waste your time living your life to impress others. Instead, focus on impressing yourself. Pursue what sets your soul on fire, follow your own path, and make choices that align with your true values and desires. When you live authentically, you find a sense of fulfillment that no external approval can ever match. Remember, the only opinion that truly matters is the one you hold of yourself. Live in a way that makes you proud, and let your happiness be the proof of your success.

As I refer to within The Rainbow Diet, green foods nourish our hearts and breast health with their many nutrients, such as vitamin K1, folates, magnesium, chlorophyll, nitrates, glucosinolates, and more. A study just came out today in which the researchers assessed the food intake and the colors of those foods in 395 Korean women with breast cancer and 395 without breast cancer.
Overall, they found that those with breast cancer had less dietary intake of fruits and vegetables. Also, while the green, orange, and white colors of foods were all relevant, dark leafy greens were particularly associated with reduced breast cancer risk.

LOVING OUR LIVERS
We all need to love our livers more in a world inundated with environmental toxins and constant stress. Fatty liver is on the rise. The liver is like the "general of the army" and can direct and redirect lipids, immune actives, hormones, and more. When we tend to our livers, we feel more physically and emotionally mentally "in check."
I came across an excellent paper summarizing some foods for prebiotic and hepatoprotective benefits. A wide variety of studies were done on these particular actives, in varying degrees, including mostly cell and animal studies and even human trials.
