Think back to the hardest thing you've EVER done....

Now reflect upon how it shaped you into... YOU!

For me, that was overcoming crippling self-esteem issues that left me with:
❌ no confidence
❌ no voice
❌ a shattered sense of self

I was labelled the 'high school dropout' because the fear of attending school was too much to bear 🫣

But in the midst of that darkness, I found something that would change my life

Something deep within me guided me to it 😇

It was meditation and spirituality

Meditation helped me peel back layers of fear, anger, and hurt

And spirituality brought me back to WHO I truly was 🙏

BUT this wasn't an overnight process...
For me it was SLOW and LONELY

I INSISTED on doing it ALL on my own.

🤯 It took me ten years to HEAL from the first fifteen years of my life

What I learned is that:
💚 Healing is a continuous JOURNEY
💚 It doesn't end after one session or even one year. 💚 Healing ALONE is hard, slow and painful

My insight for you, drawn from my own experience, is this:

👉 Know that you dont have to do your healing journey alone
👉 Know you are capable of anything

Working with a mentor can make the process QUICKER and more effective (I wish I had this)

💔 Last year, I went through a hard transition
I made the difficult decision to step away from teaching meditation full-time.
Meditation had been my life for the past 16 years, a passion I lived, breathed, and shared with others through teaching. 🙏 🌟💫
It was the foundation of my business and the driving force behind my souls purpose.
LAST YEAR I EXPERIENCED
A death, one that had defined me for so long, and a disconnect from my heart's deepest passion.
It wasn't that I fell out of love with meditation, rather I was BURNT OUT
❌Teaching over 1,560 classes in six years,
❌Launching our studio in the middle of COVID lockdowns
❌Managing our studio through more COVID lockdowns
❌Little to no sleep, planning events, courses and workshops
✨Even though all of this lead me to burn out, I had built a BEAUTIFUL COMMUNITY of like-minded souls, a testament to the love and dedication I had poured my soul into.
Which is why I feel comfortable sharing my death with you 💚
WHAT I LEARNT 💖
This experience taught me a VALUABLE lesson, I needed to listen to my heart and REALIGN with my soul's true mission.
Closing down Zen Head Studio was a difficult decision, but I knew that to AUTHENTICALLY serve others, I had to first NURTURE myself and RECONNECT with my passions.
💫 My lifelong passion has been helping others and sharing knowledge, which has now led me to work closely with clients one-on-one.
This work truly IGNITES me because I witness PROFOUND growth in my mentoring students. Through our sessions together, I guide my clients through the transformative journey from the death of their OLD SELF to embracing the NEW VERSION of who they are becoming. 🙌

Doing it by yourself gets you nowhere FAST!

Here's why....

You are you trying to heal by yourself and not getting anywhere!
I get it! Over the years I've tried to heal myself by myself too.
Ive tired to figure things out on my own which included:
🌱Taking random herbal medicines advised to me by Dr Google
🍌Fad diets- the Banana Girl diet was a 'thing'
🤸‍♀️Random exercises like the 'Abb Fab Pro' thanks TVSN
🪄Healing modalities I learned from the TV show 'Charmed' until I realised later the importance of being properly trained healer to be able to use them
