The clubs office works to educate, support, and maintain the 275+ ratified clubs at Queen's University. We host numerous events including Tricolour Open House as well as Club Workshops throughout the year. If you are interested in joining a club, or wish to start your own, this is the place to start. If you are a member of a ratified Queen's club, there are a number of resources that we can offer

The Summer Clubs Experience Grant is now accepting applications! Using the link below, as well as in our bio, clubs can now apply for our Summer grant. Applications close on August 14th at 11:59pm EST so be sure to get them in as soon as possible, especially if there are upcoming initiatives your team currently has in the works!

Space Allocation is now open to ratified clubs! Fill out the form in our Linktree to apply for a space (office, cubby, and/or metal crate) for the 2024/2025 school year. Deadline is April 7th!
Please be advised that the Clubs Office will be closed for transition starting Monday! We will reopen on May 10th with the new Commissioner.

Attention newly ratified clubs! Applications for the Winter New Clubs Grant are now open and will close Friday March 11th at 4PM!
Starting a new club on campus can be overwhelming, with limited funding in the beginning. The New Clubs Grant is intended to provide initial assistance to you! This grant is intended to support initial efforts to raise funds as well as starting operational costs. The maximum possible allocation that a club may receive from this grant is $100 in one granting period. There are two granting periods throughout the year (Fall & Winter), following new club ratification. New clubs will only be eligible to apply for this grant once.
