🍃 Embrace the Present Moment! Take a look at these practical tips:

1️⃣ If you find yourself overwhelmed by the remaining amount of assignments or any other responsibilities before the end of the term, sitting down to study and can't stop thinking about things you have to do, try this: Inhale deeply, exhale slowly. Feel the calming rhythm of your breath.

2️⃣ Picture this: You're swamped with work, but a quick breather can do wonders. Step outside, embrace nature's beauty, and breathe in the fresh air.

3️⃣ Amidst the chaos, find your center. Engage in mindful meditation, let go of thoughts about the past or future, and be fully present in this moment.

4️⃣ Feeling stuck? Take a moment to appreciate what's already good in your life. Gratitude can be your guide—list three things you're grateful for.

5️⃣ When anxiety creeps in about what's to come, redirect your focus. Set aside concerns about the future, savor the now, and let time become your ally.

Repeat after me - 'I AM HERE. I AM NOW.'
