The Ottawa Chinese Community Service Centre (OCCSC) is pleased to be able to offer an amended version of the Job Search Workshop(JSW) Program through online delivery as a contingency.
JSW is a federally funded program, which provides newcomer clients with job searching skill training in the areas of labor market analysis, networking and information interview, community resources, resume and interview skills, etc. Hundreds of clients succeeded in finding professional jobs with our support over the years.
The next coming JSW will take place on August 6, 7, 13, 14, 15 from 1:00pm to 4:00pm via Zoom.

The "Learn Camping Together" event is a collaborative activity organized by the Ottawa Chinese Community Service Centre and Parks Canada. Join us at Mooney’s Bay Park in Ottawa, where Parks Canada staff will guide you through the basics of camping.

Parks Canada staff will introduce the basics of camping, including:

We are thrilled to announce that the second T&T Supermarket in the capital region is finally opening!
The new store is located at Hazeldean Mall in Kanata, covering an area of 38,000 square feet.

To help more newcomers find jobs, OCCSC is partnering with T&T Supermarket to host two online recruitment information sessions in English and Mandarin respectively.
At the sessions, T&T's recruitment team will tell the job fair details, and you will have the chance to ask questions.
