Here's a little bit about me and my journey to a fitter,leaner me. The top picture is me a year before I got married,I knew I had to drop some weight to look my best on my wedding day. The bottom picture is me on my honeymoon. Quite a difference. I achieved this by attending PT sessions twice a week and by having a balanced diet. While I was attending these PT sessions my trainer remarked that he thought I would make a good trainer. I took this on board and decided to quit my job and go back to school. Here I am a couple of years later fully qualified and working for myself.Its been a challenge and still is but I feel through my own experience that I can help people who want to get fitter and healthier💪🏋️‍♀️
