Professionally I have never known karma in the height of how it is now. There is the biggest divide between light and dark I have ever seen. What divides us is intention. I see demonic attachments like I see everyday people. I see earth angels like I see everyday people. I see narcissists adoring the limelight with accelerated acceptance from those who don’t realise. What the actual f**k is my souls reaction. I’m quietly observing. Watching. Not judging. Just seeing.

I started my journey as a spiritual teacher in Edinburgh around 2003. I remember working mind body spirit psychic fairs as an outcast ie, a person who was a healer as well as being clairvoyant - it wasn’t accepted, you could only be one or the other. Not both. I challenged it and broke the rules. My maternal side were healers, my paternal side, psychics. Call it a double whammy. I had to question and break the rules of confinement to advertise both. I gained haters. I changed it and I loved every minute because it paved the way forward for others. Healing, reading auras and cards, it was true Harry Potter old school spirituality (J K Rowling would’ve had a feast researching pure, unadulterated magic). For me chatting to the parents of neurodiverse children knowing they were raising the future spiritual generations was incredible. It was community before all the egotistic BS hit social media, with a persona that has landed us to where we are now. There is a saying ‘those who know don’t say, those who say don’t know’ by that I mean you cannot market spirituality. If you see a video or persona of a spiritual teacher bigging themselves up, question it. Why? Because as one, I’m too busy working behind the scenes DOING the work. I would never make it about me, compromise my clients confidentiality or sell my soul for ‘likes’. I will always hold standards aligned to the true understanding of light. Hope. Love. Service. And let the darkness play the egoistic games they play. We collectively heal from light or dark. The choice is ours. Chose wisely 🙏🏽

It’s time to pull in the Angels, lift the vibe and nourish our souls. She goes through many battles and transformations to be this way. Continually growing and learning, she never stops fighting for her existence, family, being part of a greater cause because she is a Woman. Mother. Daughter. Sister. Partner. Wife. Niece. Creator. Friend. Nourisher. Provider. Life giver. What she brings to the world is sacred, her Shakti. The divine light that draws in love and offers hope in darkness. Sitting with a big smile on my face thinking I’m 50 and probably the happiest I’ve ever felt. I still feel like a 19 year old. The best compliment I got was from my son telling me ‘mum you’re the most immature, childish prankster nearly fifty year old I know’. I took this as a huge accolade replying ‘thanks darling, never grow up it’s a trick’.

I always wondered what my life would be when I became a mum at 25. I’d be 50 and my son 25 - what will life look like then? Fast forward I’m so proud. Proud of us both. Proud what we’ve achieved as a team, always standing by each other. All relationships take effort and investment. I guess in many ways I feel like my life is just beginning.

So today I’m heading out in thigh boots and a mini dress. No f***s given. Celebrating with a few close friends. This fifty year old matriarch goddess will have fun fun fun. To those who are conditioned by societal indoctrination, my advice is to free yourself and live a full undiluted happy life on your terms - only you know what brings you happiness. Just wait til I’m 70 !! God help us all… 🤣

2023. Wow, what can I say?! Full of lessons. Highs and lows. Love and appreciation. Backstabbing and lies. As I sit here writing this, nothing actually matters. We know in our hearts, what intention and love we hold within - the rest is trash. I’m ready for 2024 having worked really hard on new work and studied long hours. Really looking forward to sharing this with you.

Biggest learnings from 2023 ‘the only way is through’ life’s up’s and downs. Obstacles. Advice to everyone, surround yourself with incredible friends - jeez I certainly did, without them I’d be a shadow of myself. You know who you are. I love AND mega appreciate you !! Tears, laughter, weird s**t conversations. Checking on me. My god thank you for standing by and helping me.

So as we head into a New Year please chase those dreams. DO NOT give up even if it seems impossible. Haters will always hate, in same way lovers will always love.

Quick selfie before I start cooking up a feast. On the menu today is wild salmon with lime prawns and fresh salad, roast turkey, pigs in blankets, homemade roast tatties, pan fried sprouts with leek and a hint of nutmeg, orange carrots and honey roasted parsnips. Jackfruit and veg (gluten free) vegan Thai curry. Sticky toffee pudding, raspberry passion fruit & pistachio meringue stack. Oh and a few macarons….
I love cooking !! Won’t look so polished later. Defo no before and after - who cares?!

Christmas 🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄Many things to many people. One thing that is a constant, is the Christmas mindset; the gift of giving, our love, time, possibly gifts to family, friends or those less fortunate - sharing our soul energy with those we don’t know via charities or lucky enough to simply love and adore. One day where nothing matters, erm, well, apart from cooking a homemade feast that takes days to prep, cleaning the house to show home standards, making sure you’re dressed to impress, pressies sorted and wrapped to the best of your abilities, music lists sorted to cater for everyone, staying well hydrated so the food actually gets served. Why do we do this?! Because the look of joy and wonderment on the faces of those your gifting your Christmas experience to is beautiful. Memories and moments of happiness last forever, they’re priceless. So if like me your hosting this year, enjoy every moment. High heels and red lipstick at the ready. We’ve got this !!!

Sweet potato, red pepper and chickpea coconut curry on a chilly evening… 🍛

-Fry onions, sliced red pepper and diced sweet potato in a pan.
-Add 3 cloves of chopped garlic, green chilli, turmeric, cumin, ginger, coriander and curry leaves. Stir.
-Pour in coconut milk and season with Himalayan pink salt and cracked pepper. Let it simmer.
-Boil basmati rice (making sure it’s fluffy) one cup rice/two cups water.

Anti inflammatory. Perfect for perimenopause/menopause. Helps with anxiety. Full of nutrient’s.
