📣 Exhibitor Announcements! 📣 Just before Juniper Festival this weekend (😯) we thought we'd squeeze in a special announcement for a couple of fantastic brands that will be joining us - Valentian Vermouth & Ginepraio Gin 🎉

These two companies are both connected by the stunning country of Italy 🇮🇹

Valentian Vermouth Rosso was created in 2019 by brothers David and Dominic Tait. Their vision is to reinvent the vermouth category by taking the brave step of using the new make malt spirit normally reserved for Scotch whisky, to bring a new dimension to a classic. It is an audacious addition to the market, marrying Scottish spirit, Italian white wine and botanicals cultivated in both countries.

Ginepraio is the creation of Enzo & Fabio and has become the most awarded independent Italian gin. Ginepraio was born in Val Tiberina, in the south of Tuscany - a place famous for some of the best juniper in the world and where Britain have been buying juniper for over 400 years. Ginepraio gin seeks to unite these paths and tell the story of a brilliant combination of culture, art, experience, tradition and emotions.

📣 Exhibitor Announcements! 📣 Say hello to some more amazing exhibitors attending this year's Juniper Festival on 17th & 18th June - Edinburgh Gin & Shoogle Spirits 🙌

Born in 2010, Edinburgh Gin is distilled in the heart of Scotland’s capital city. They take inspiration from the wonder-filled city that is our name’s sake – a captivating city of contrasts and harmony that blends historic tradition with contemporary creativity, city pride with world citizenship, nature and the urban environment. Their classic was a London Dry, which became the foundation for a series of expressions that led the flavoured gin revolution, pushing boundaries and breaking down conventions.

Shoogle Spirits started in the small village of Stonehouse in South Lanarkshire before scaling up production. Early in 2021, they built their own distillery on the border between Glasgow and South Lanarkshire. The distillery supports the small-batch ethos, where gins are created in single shot runs using a combination of dried and fresh botanical ingredients. The whole family are involved in production, from macerating spirits, the distillation process, bottling, labelling, sealing, packing and distribution.

📣 Exhibitor Announcements! 📣 Time to meet our next pair of incredible exhibitors - The Isle of Harris Distillery and Highland Liquor Company 🙌

A truly Outer Hebridean gin, Isle of Harris Gin is made and bottled on the Isle of Harris in Scotland. They are extremely proud of their heritage and the fact that every step of their gin's journey is placed in the care of skilled local hands, creating sustainable job opportunities for the island population. They are known for their beautiful bottles with blue rippled glass inspired by the wind-blown seas of Luskentyre.

The Highland Liquor Company has grown from the village of Ullapool just as the village grew from the 1788 fishing station planned on the shores of Loch Broom. Back in 1791, the original settlers in the first seven dwellings sought to establish the village by generating growth and this drive continues in the community today. In the spirit of these original settlers, Highland Liquor Co. have created their Seven Crofts Gin, an exceptional handmade spirit from the North West Highlands.

📣 Exhibitor Announcements! 📣 Say hello to our next two incredible exhibitors, Crossbill Gin & Stirling Distillery, both of which use hand-picked botanicals to add flavour to their wonderful gins.

Crossbill Gin was first launched in 2014. Their gins are a celebration of Scottish nature, made with wild, fresh botanicals, harvested by hand then slowly macerated in Glasgow before being distilled. All botanicals are hand-picked in the Highlands, using a traditional method that dates back to the creation of gin. They focus on exercising care and consideration to the surrounding plants and wildlife. This sustainable approach ensures regeneration of the Juniper bushes for the following years’ harvests.

Stirling Distillery was created by June and Cameron McCann in 2015. Distilled, bottled and labelled in the shadow of Stirling Castle, they are Stirling’s first legal distillery on the castle rock. Known for their unique London Dry gin made with foraged Stirlingshire nettles, their gins range from the classic to the eclectic, celebrating local history and folklore. A small family-run distillery creating hand crafted spirits in the historic ‘Old Smiddy’ building, they also offer daily gin and whisky tastings, distillery tours and a weekly gin school.

📣 Exhibitor Announcements! 📣 Get ready to meet our next two incredible exhibitors, Spirit O’Clyde & Purist Gin , both from the fantastic West Coast of Scotland.

Launched in spring 2019, Spirit O’Clyde celebrates the town of Clydebank on the River Clyde. The Ross family have been part of the Clydebank community all their lives and are very proud of their heritage. Therefore, as a nod to the town, they decided to create a range of spirits that have real character, just like Clydebank. From conception to launch, Spirit O' Clyde have utilised as many local business along the Clyde as possible.

Purist Gin is a Glaswegian, youth-centric gin company passionate about making multi-award-winning, ultra-smooth London Dry Gin. Started by 23-year-old founder Bruce Walker in the height of lockdown, what began as a passion project in the West End of Glasgow would, after just six months, take a Bronze Medal at the prestigious Scottish Gin Awards for Best London Dry Gin.

📣 Exhibitor Announcements! 📣 We are so excited to have Inventors Gin Co. and North Point Distillery joining us this year on 17th & 18th June! 🎉

With this announcement we are going Coast to Coast, with Inventor's Gin based on the SouthWest Coast of Scotland in Ayrshire and North Point Distillery located right at the top of Scotland in Caithness! 🌊

North Point Distillery sits just a few short miles from the highland town of Thurso along the Northern Coast of Scotland. Established in 2020 by friends Struan Mackie and Alex MacDonald, they put a strong focus on sustainability measures, outlining the businesses’ commitment to being one of the most sustainable distilleries in Scotland. The spirits produced at the distillery, powered by the on-site windfarm, are influenced by the local area, which combines the rugged beauty of Scotland’s north coast with the tranquil, green, and peaceful countryside.

The Inventor's Gin Co. Ltd is a husband & wife team of Steven & Andrea Lockhart. They draw their inspiration from the land and sea, fused with Scotland's rich history of world changing inventions and discoveries. Using traditional ingredients, and the 'bathtub' process, the gingredients are blended and slowly infused, before distillation in a copper pot still. Each batch of gin has its own unique characteristics through the hand crafting process.

📣 Exhibitor Announcements! 📣 Time to meet our next pair of incredible exhibitors - Foghouse Gin & Lunun Gin 🎉

These two fantastic brands are great examples of Scottish Gins using World Flavours, with Foghouse sourcing botanicals from the Mediterranean and Lunun using ingredients from Asia. Each of these ads something truly special to their spirits 🌏 .

Foghouse Gin is a new Small Batch Gin based in Aberdeenshire. They take inspiration from classic recipes, time-honoured practices and carefully considered ingredients. Their unique recipe has it's influence from the heritage of mixology and the alluring flavours found around the Mediterranean; delivering notes of rosemary and olive balanced perfectly alongside the creamy sweetness of almond and liquorice root. The brand takes its inspiration from mysterious Foghouses found on large Scottish estates; sanctuaries to Escape the Ordinary; to savour a view, to contemplate or to unwind.

Lunun Gin was launched in October 2019 by Chef Dean Banks. It is a premium Scottish gin with an Asian twist; influenced by Dean’s travels across the globe and his expertise in fusion cooking. Lunun is created in a single-fold distillation process and includes six key botanicals: kaffir lime leaf, sea buckthorn, Sichuan pepper, kombu kelp, ginger and lemongrass. Distilled in Dean’s hometown of Arbroath, Angus, the gin’s name is an adaptation of Angus’ most peaceful, secluded beach, ‘Lunan Bay’.

📣 Exhibitor Announcements 📣 We're delighted to introduce you to both Isle of Cumbrae Distillers and Lussa Gin who will be joining us for Juniper Festival on 17th & 18th June!

These two fantastic brands were both founded by groups of entrepreneurial women and are based on small islands off the West Coast of Scotland.

Launched in September 2020 and located in the town of Millport, Isle of Cumbrae Distillers is distinctively positioned as one of Scotland's few all-female distilling teams. They are passionate about community and believe their legacy will be in providing meaningful employment opportunities for local youth and helping increase tourism for the island. They'll be bringing their full range of award winning gins.

Lussa Gin is distilled by a trio of women on the Isle of Jura using fifteen botanicals they can grow or gather from the island. They started in 2015 in a kitchen with a 10 litre still, and have now converted an old stables building to house Hamish, their 200 litre still. They sell across the UK and export to Germany and America. They have a unique distillation process which results in a zesty, aromatic, award winning gin. They'll be bringing their original Lussa Gin and their Lussa Gin Bramble Liqueur.
