I used to view myself as stupid, a struggling single mum who was winging it & attracted the wrong people.

Thats what showed up in my life.

I began shifting my beliefs and began to view myself as a capable powerful person who’s still pretty much winging it everyday esp being a mum, but I feel good in my own skin.

I no longer attract the wrong type of people 🙌

Tips for avoiding a toxic relationship.

It’s Imperative if your out of one toxic relationship you release any trauma you have experienced, so that you don’t bring that forward into a fresh relationship.

Take time to find yourself & fall in love with you. No one can love you really truly deeply if you do not love you.

Raise your Worth = Raised Boundaries & you will also raise the bar🏋️‍♀️ on your desired matches. 💗

Become aware of Red Flags 🚩 you know, all those ones you ignored last time 🤦‍♀️

Invest in yourself.. to become the best version of you. = you will meet the mirror of your worth & your energy 💫
