Did you know 2023 marks the 25th anniversary of the opening of the Rutherford Building?

Designed by architects Allies and Morrison, the library won a RIBA award as one of the ten best new buildings in London in 1998.

The building houses our library, which offers 24-hour access to students, as well as our special collections and archives, covering themes of music, theatre, performing arts, women’s arts and more.

This is the second edition of the gallery's showcase of more than 200 MA graduates from London's leading art schools.

Join our fab postgraduate community degree show on Wednesday from 6.30pm - 9.30pm in St James Hatcham Church, covering the pathways Creative Practice, Composition, Sonic Arts, Performance & Related Studies and Popular Music. You can expect a selection of very diverse and high-quality works from a group of inspiring students! On offer are project documentation, music compositions, sound sculptures, an installation and audio/visual works. A cafe area to chat is available, but please bring your own!
