什么是三伏贴?

”三伏贴”疗法，是将药贴贴在相应穴位来达到治疗及预防疾病的效果。

三伏贴是中医保健中常用的保健方法之一。三伏天是一年中阳气最旺盛的季节，利用”天之阳、地之阳、人之阳”三阳而为，此时顺势摄取阳气，增强身体免疫力，减少病痛。

三伏贴可扶正固本.提升正气.增强人体免疫功能和抗病功能。连续贴敷三年以上，症状大多明显减轻、复发率减少。

Baby is crying all night long, baby cannot sleep, what should daddy and mummy do?

Child massage can help baby.

Earlier this month, a baby child saw our physician. He was just 2 months old. He had no fever, no cough, and his bowel movements were normal. He vomited milk after drinking milk and had a poor appetite. He didn't sleep well. Since he turned one month old, he cried for 4 hours every night, and his mother couldn't sleep. His mother has dark circles under her eyes, and she felt very tired. The whole family feels helpless.

The physician looked at the baby's tongue. The child's tongue was light red, with a thick white coating. Then he looked at the fingerprints, which appeared to be purple. The doctor diagnosed that the baby has nocturnal fretfulness, which was due to hyperactivity of heart fire and deficiency of spleen and stomach (digestive system). The baby experienced abdominal pain from the stagnation of ‘qi’ from weaker spleen and stomach functions, which disturbs his sleep.

The massage therapist proceeded to perform paediatric massage on the child, to rebalance the yin and the yang within the baby’s body, and to improve the child’s digestive system.

The next day, the baby’s mother brought the baby along to see the doctor. She did not know child massage has the power to improve the baby’s sleep. The child cried less when sleeping, could eat more, and the milk he spit out was reduced. A follow-up paediatric massage proceeded the consultation. The family gets along much better with each other.

On the third day, the baby continued his follow-up visit, and the mother said that the child's condition improved. Both the mother and the baby slept well. The baby finally stopped crying at night. The mother’s and baby’s smiles make the baby’s treatment so worthwhile.

For your child to sleep better, you can try paediatric massage for your child. With better sleep, your child grow up happier and healthier.

Because the conditions of each patient are different, do note acupoints, methods and intensity of massage could differ in different patients. As children find it hard to eat medications, we may also suggest other appropriate treatments.

孩子晚上哭闹不能睡，爸爸妈妈怎么办？

小儿推拿可以解决。

这个月初来了一位可爱的婴儿，才刚刚出生2个月，没有发烧，没有咳嗽，大小便如常。喝奶后吐奶，胃口不好。睡觉也没好好地睡，自满月后，每天晚上哭闹4个小时，搞到全家人手足无措。

医师看看小婴儿的舌苔，小孩舌淡红，苔白腻，再看指纹，指纹呈紫色。由此医师诊断为小婴儿夜啼，证属脾胃虚弱。小儿脏腑娇嫩，尤其是脾胃功能较弱，夜晚寒邪较甚，容易寒邪侵袭，寒凝气滞，不通则痛，因此导致肚腹疼。

医师给出的小儿推拿处方为；小天心、分手阴阳、板门、四横纹、分腹阴阳、五指节、摩腹等。

第二天，妈妈又带小宝宝来复诊，感到非常欣慰，没有想到小儿推拿会有这样的魔力，孩子睡觉安稳很多，仅仅是要喝奶的时候有些哭闹，而且喝的奶量也增加了，溢奶有所减少，一家人相处也和睦了不少。

为了巩固疗效，继续再为宝宝进行了小儿推拿的治疗。

由于每一位病患的情况不一，需要综合分析才能给出推拿处方，再加上宝宝吃药困难，我们有时候也会给予相应的外治法加强疗效。
