Ever wondered why we don’t play music in class?

We’re big believers that yoga is transformational when it’s delivered “unplugged”.

Breathwork (ujjayi) is foundational to our practice. When we cultivate it during class we leave feeling reset, calm & cleansed from the inside out.

We learn & generate ujjayi much more easily without outside noise.

Music can distract us from feeling what’s present in our bodies (which is what we come to yoga to do).

When we “unplug” we hear ourselves, have the opportunity to witness our reactions & practice mindfulness, & learn to stay with ourselves under any conditions.

We love delivering a traditional practice that we believe is as impactful as it can be for you 🖤

Sundays are for self care 🖤

And we love that you now have TWO opportunities to practice with us on them.

Bobbie’s been practicing yoga for over 18 years & she used to teach for one of the best Baptiste yoga studios in the country ! 🇺🇸
