With the first hint of spring, we’re ready to crawl out of winter and optimize our routines! From adjusting to daylight savings to getting more organized, here are four tips that will have you feeling on top of it this season!
👟 Clean Your Sneakers: With all the Jazzercise classes, your sneakers may need a little refresh 😅 These days, most sneakers are machine washable! Run them through a regular cycle with a small amount of detergent + a cup of white vinegar and let them air dry. If you have white sneakers, dampen a Magic Eraser and give them a good scrub.
🍓 Buy Spring Produce: Seasonal food provides better flavor and packs more nutrients! Here’s what’s in season for spring for your next grocery run: artichoke, asparagus, endive, collard greens, corn, fennel, pineapple, peas, rhubarb, strawberries, and Swiss chard.
☀️ Morning Sunlight: Viewing morning sunlight is one of the easiest ways to reset your internal clock. That means falling asleep more easily at night. Try to catch some rays right after you wake up, even if it’s just 5 minutes.
♻️ Out With the Old: Spring is a great time to clear space and invite new energy! Get rid of expired makeup (yes, makeup has an expiration date), donate old items from your closet, and toss anything from the fridge that’s past its prime.

Banana Blueberry Oatmeal Breakfast Cookies
Ingredients:
To whip up these scrumptious cookies, you’ll need:
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup blueberries
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
A pinch of salt
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mash the bananas. Add the rolled oats, blueberries, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Stir until well combined.
Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto your prepared baking sheet. Flatten them slightly to form cookie shapes.
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Wildly imitated but never duplicated, routines are choreographed to current hits by major recording artists. With its fresh moves, new music and pure motivation, no other fitness program comes close.
Jazzercise is a 60-minute group fitness class combining cardio, strength, and stretch moves for a total body workout. The dance exercise program combines jazz dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga and kickboxing into one fun and effective workout. The in-class soundtrack includes a wide variety of today's best music to keep you motivated and distract you from the burn. There is no dance experience necessary, as our certified instructors make all the routines fun and easy-to-follow. Every class, you can expect a warm-up, 30-minute aerobic workout, muscle toning and strengthening segment using weights or resistance equipment, and a stretch to get you out the door. Everything you need for class is provided, but feel free to bring your own weights if you have some, and always come with supportive workout shoes and water. If you want to lose weight, tone muscles, increase cardiovascular endurance, strength and flexibility, come join us today!
