Milestone completed...1,000 bikes have been refurbished during our Project Broken Wheel Foundation Workshop We surely couldn't have done it without the dozens of volunteers, family, friends & industry peers who helped out over the years, and especially the generousity of Twin River Casino for giving us the room to store and refurbish the bicycles...This coming Tuesday we are looking to donate over 50 new & refurbished bikes thoughout the Rhode Island & Thank you PieZoni's for donating the delicious pizza & wing for our volunteers!!...Happy Holiday to All!!

We’re Back!! AND Heading for 1,000 Bicycle Donation Mark!!!!!!Project Broken Wheel will be holding Workshops on Wednesday December 6th & 13th from 5:30pm-8pm at our PBWF Building located on the grounds of Twin RIver Casino. All volunteer hands are needed from helping with inflating new tires, wiping down bikes, replacing seats to other tasks..All newly refurbished bikes will be donated to underprivileged children and family during the upcoming holiday season...Look forward to seeing you in the upcoming weeks at PBWF!! What an amazing "Christmas in June" event at Twin RIver Casino this past month.. due to our amazing staff, guests and generous beverage partners, especially Tito's Handmade Vodka, New Belgium Brewery, & Campari USA...we donated $4,0000 to the Rhode Island Community Food Bank, over 600 pounds of food which will feed 1,800 meals, donated $2,000 to Project Broken Wheel Foundation who donated over 24 new & refurbished bicycles and helmets to Adoption Rhode Island and Amos House, with additional bikes & helmets to be deliver next week to chartiable organizations. Thanks again to all for making it such a successful event.

A Huge THANK YOU to all the volunteers, Twin River, the media and the community who helped make Project Broken Wheel such a success this year. Last night we donated over 30 bikes to Adopt A Family, and next week donating another 25-30 bikes to children organizations just in time for the holiday.
