Well, it’s that time of year the weather decides to be silly and schools shut down along with certain chiropractic offices when weather rears it’s ugly snoot. Consider the snoot, snorted and Tuesday, Jan31st Fusion will be closed due to weather and FISD schedules. See you Wednesday (we will work on getting Tuesday rescheduled throughout the day) & Dr Fugere will make it up to everyone with some great knock knock jokes and his stand up comedy jazz routine. Oh…and make sure you tell Tanner congratulations for being present while his wife,Molly, delivered their baby boy on Jan 22nd!

Due to this crazy weather and power outages, our office will be closed until Thursday, Feb 18th. We will post on this site if further closures will be necessary. Stay safe everyone, and we hope to see you all again soon!

Simple ways to boost your immunity!

1. Drink water! Every cell, tissue and organ needs water for the reaction of either picking up trash or rebuilding your body. Start with trying to get 1/2 your body weight in ounces...or at least try.
2. Light to moderate exercise! 20 to 30 minutes of light sweating helps purity your system!
3. Sleep! 7-9 hours recommended as that deep sleep cycle is the only time your body can rebuild, repair and regenerate. Gentlemen, it is also the only time your muscles can grow.
4. Direct Sunlight for 20-30 mins! If you're not making Vitamin D you better start taking it but make sure it's coupled with K2.
5. Start and end your day grateful! Happy thoughts make happy cells... FACT!
