"Beyond Housing would like to express gratitude to the City of Greenville for inviting us to the Community Fair. The fair was a great event but also a little heartbreaking. The reason is that it reaffirmed what we already knew, people in Greenville are struggling to find affordable housing. During the fair, we witnessed tears and desperate pleas for help. I came out of retirement to do this work, but I need your support as well. Please advocate and donate to Beyond Housing SC because it will take the entire community to make the necessary changes.

Make sure to save the date and attend this event. Remember that "people are destroyed for lack of knowledge".

Upstate senior citizens are facing a rise in housing challenges, GHA says There has been an alarming increase in senior citizens across the area who are faced with housing challenges for the first time, as they enter a later phase of life.

Beyond Housing SC needs your help. Living on a fixed income is a juggling act for our seniors. Currently, seniors here in Greenville do not have the financial resources to cover their basic needs. Beyond Housing is trying to help reduce our senior's stressors when it comes to having a home that is affordable and will allow them to have that extra money to buy food, and medications, pay utility bills and live comfortably.
Our "No Place Like Home" fundraiser is 2 weeks away. I am asking you to dig down into your pockets and help us help them.
