Do you have a passion for poetry? ✍️ The City of Greenville Commission is now accepting applications for our next Poet Laureate! This prestigious honorary position is dedicated to promoting literacy and the love of literature among residents of all ages.

The Poet Laureate will serve a two-year term beginning October 2024 and will have the opportunity to share their work and inspire the community by reading poetry and speaking at public meetings, neighborhood gatherings, community centers and schools throughout Greenville.
