The Oahu County 4-H Youth Development Program is part of the University of Hawaii at Manoa's Cooperative Extension Service.
The program serves youth ages 5-19 on the island of Oahu and supports youth in their development of essential life skills.
2024 Hawaii State 4-H Horse Show judging contest featuring our lovely volunteer riders! 4-Hers did a wonderful job judging! Playing in STEM 4-H SPIN club has changed some dates and extended registration until Friday, April 5th!
