Attending a support group is not just about seeking help for oneself but also offering strength to others. Even if you feel you're coping well, your experiences and resilience can provide invaluable encouragement to those struggling. A support group brings together individuals at various stages of their mental wellness journey. It is an ecosystem. Now more than ever we need these safe spaces. We need to come together to share, listen, and heal as a community.
What No One Told Me About Being in a Psych Hospital It may not be the cheeriest of topics, but it is still an important one because it is real.
