Today, on this historic anniversary of D-Day, we acknowledge and remember the heroism and bravery of the service members who stormed the beaches of Normandy. D-Day serves as a powerful reminder of the sacrifices made to secure our freedoms and preserve peace. Their acts of heroism changed the course of history and continue to inspire generations.

There will be a SVA meeting and election for tonight at 6:30! It will be in the SVA office in the Student Union and there will be food provided.
The SVA's purpose, as the UNL Student Veteran Organization, is to help student veterans achieve their educational goals at the University of Nebraska - Lincoln while providing an environment in which student veterans have the opportunity to socialize with one another. We pride ourselves on the resources we've accumulated in order to help you through any challenge you may encounter as a student veteran.
