Here’s a simple, recommended breakfast smoothie that you can take daily while abiding the 6am-6pm rule. This smoothie recipe includes antioxidant-boosting berries such as raspberries, blueberries, blackberries and strawberries.
If you want to be a bit creative, you can include other fruits (bananas, avocado, red apples) or vegetables (kale,spinach, mint). However, do not include pineapples, oranges, grapes, melon, or peaches.

Ingredients:
* 1⁄2 frozen banana or fresh
* 1 cup frozen raspberries or strawberries or fresh
* 1 cup coconut milk or coconut water, or oat milk, or almond milk
