Check-in begins at 530PM on Saturday at the main branch on 5219 city bank pkwy. Make sure and bring your tickets to registration to receive your wristbands.

Enjoy the cocktail hour at the bank before loading up to head out to the ranch. The first shuttle will depart at 545PM to the V8 Ranch and the last bus will depart at 730pm from the bank. The last return bus from the ranch will be at 1am.

No parking allowed at the V-8 ranch unless you were issued a parking pass. And these are already sold out.

Please remember that this event is 21 and up and also completely NonSmoking. So please leave those ci******es and vapes at home!

We are switching things up a little bit this year and hosting our generous sponsors, donors and guests following the ball. This event typically takes place two weeks prior to our Cattle Baron's Ball, but this year we would like to show our appreciation and the impact made from all of the support given by our community with a fall celebration.
