Ramona Lisa, the work of art that she is delivered her precious kits to the world on Mothers Day, 5/12/24. Her one & only litter! RL has gained some much needed weight since weaning FIVE babies at only 4 lbs herself. She had her spaY day last week so she is officially ready for her forever home! Ramona loves to play with her kittens but otherwise very much is enjoying the indoor life & will do whatever possible to be on your lap or touching you. Once recovered, she will make her debut at PetSmart. 🆘We have community cats we feed all over town. If we feed them, we fix them and if we fix them, we feed them. Often times, even after many years of having an established colony, one will show up not fixed, or just bring her family because they are hungry. Here we have 2 adults and a new Mama with 3 babies. One not shown. We were already getting threatened by the owner of this "fellowship" hall, even if the neighbors have loved them for years. But that is for another day! TODAY we need to find some outdoor home/shop or barn homes for some of our community cats that are in impending danger!! Some can be petted, most not unless you are willing to work with them. They have kept this street rodent free, avoided the stray dogs by living under the crawlspaces. We need places for them to go ASAP. Pairs preferably (at least). We will provide cage, fan, supplies for the transition period to ensure they stay at new place. We are so worried for them, but have no way to properly transition them to one of our other colonies. To say we are overwhelmed with kittens is an understatement, but we couldn’t leave these 2 girls behind. One of our dedicated trappers trapped their mom and discovered her babies in the process. We try to help our caretakers when we can, especially with kittens this sweet and social. But, we are low on funds. $125 will help us vet one of these girls and you get naming rights.

Sukie is currently at PetSmart (5883 Poplar) for a couple of weeks waiting to meet potential new family. Sukie is 3 years old, friendly to all new humans, and non-reactive to other cats, until she gets acquainted & then it's all play! Sukie was adopted from us as a baby & recently returned due a family move. She has not missed a beat in meeting all new friends & toys. She deserves her purrrson forever person, so if you are looking for an addition, she would be a great one to consider right meow!

SIMBA & CASHMERE are being vetted today...which means they are officially READY for their forever homes!

The first of our Italian babies to fly the coop. Appropriate because Milano was first of his litter mates to try everything. Emily Clark was gracious enough to “loan” him to me to have him coach my single kitten.
His adopter was not in the market for a kitten, but when she shared photos of the kitty that she adopted from us in November I replied that Milano reminded me so much of her kitty. She could not resist Milano’s charms. So happy Milano will have several kitty siblings to play with.

Siblings Cashmere and Simba are only ones without active apps or interest on them. Get yours in right meow! Both are males born on March 15th so almost big enough for vetting (which means very little wait to go HOME). Foster home says they are all kitten! Kittens not your thing? We got you! Meet Ryan! Ryan is currently at Petsmart (5883 Poplar) entertaining everyone he meets. He is super social and loves attention. He came to us from West Memphis Animal Shelter a few weeks ago. He has had some interest, but nothing has worked out. His fur is like silk. His records say 1.5 yrs. He is a gem waiting on his human. Just in time for Father's Day! Nope, not planned either. We are overflowing with kittens. These "showed up" at a business under a car where we have trapped. Def not in a safe place. Pretty sure they were dumped. Thats for another post though!

Nicki is still seeking her forever purrssson is up for allll the pets!

Suki was adopted from us as a kitten in 2020. Her humans are moving in with family in CA & she cannot go with them. Suki is the sweetest thing even through her overnight with one foster in a strange home & off to a new foster. She only whined when locked in separate room to acclimate.
