Meet Razan Hadidi! She graduated from the University of Memphis in the spring of 2022 with a BFA in Architecture and a BFA in Interior Design and currently works brg3s
Prior to her current position, she worked for a year at Murphy Maude Interiors. Aside from her design experience, Razan has held positions in the student chapters for AIAS and IIDA, is currently a Scholarship committee member for the Memphis CSI Chapter, and is on the JEDI Taskforce for AIAS National. Born and raised in Damascus, Syria, Razan admires the cultural differences between her home country and the States. Part of a family of nine who love to travel, she grew to appreciate the variety of cultures around the world. This also led to her passion for languages. Razan is fluent in both Arabic and English and also has a sound knowledge of basic French. Razan also has a passion for sketching, crafts, and the cooking arts. She has been decorating cakes, cookies, and other sweets for a decade now.
Recently, she started an artist profile on Redbubble where she shares her architecture sketches. You can find her page here: https://www.redbubble.com/people/ronzansen/shop
Razan’s future goals include pursuing a master’s degree, becoming a licensed professional, starting her own practice, and going back to Syria to help rebuild it to the glory that it once was. We have no doubt she will do this and much more!!
We are excited to have Razan as a member of our chapter and we know she will add value and energy to everything she does!

Reserve your vendor space for BUILD/IT 2023! We're already at 44% capacity! This year’s event will be hosted at The Kent Memphis, located in the Historic S***f District on 61 Keel Ave in downtown Memphis. We’re very excited about this year’s venue. It is much larger than last year’s, has higher ceilings, plenty of parking, and ease of access for load in and load out, as well as an architectural appeal unlike any other.

CSI Memphis welcomes our new member, Hailey Ratcliff, from Perkins-Everitt Lighting & Controls! Hailey is a 2012 graduate of the University of Mississippi with a degree in Business Marketing. She began her career working in pharmaceutical sales for six years until switching to development operations when she moved to Memphis. Two years later, Hailey was introduced to a new career path in the lighting industry in early 2021 with Perkins-Everitt. She says she has always had a knack for design and truly enjoys being a valuable asset in the design world today.
Outside of work, Hailey enjoys sports, the gym, being outdoors and spending time with her boyfriend and her Cane Corso pup, Izzy! Growing up with five siblings set the stage for her competitive nature, but she also loves to have fun and has always been a social butterfly at heart. Hailey “enjoys exploring all the wonderful things Memphis has to offer and I am currently on my journey to become a world traveler…first stop, Thailand!”
CSI Memphis is happy to have Hailey and we look forward to seeing her throughout the year!

Meet our Member if the Month, Chris McNally! Chris is one of our board members and we value his insight and expertise.
Chris is the owner of Memphis Reprographics and has been a component of the design and construction community for over a decade. Growing up in the arts, Chris has always had a love for design and building things, dating back to his early childhood with mountains of Legos and worlds to create. Working alongside his father, who was a woodworking hobbyist, Chris learned to build theatrical sets and furniture. He even assisted in home improvement remodels. Chris came to Memphis, TN, where he attended Rhodes College in the early 2000s, graduating with a degree in Political Science. His original aspirations were that of pursuing law. He competed in and then coached Mock Trial at Rhodes College for several years. After college, Chris switched gears, focusing on an entrepreneurial path. This led him to starting Memphis Reprographics in 2010. Outside work, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife Elizabeth, son Liam, and their Golden Retriever, Winnie. He coaches team sports, loves to cook, listens to Audio books, and is an avid reader. Now he gets to share his love of building with Liam on the weekends, playing with some of the very same Legos he had when he was a kid.
Every year CSI Memphis raises money for two students to win a full year of in state tuition by applying to the Dempsie B Morrison Scholarship. We have been doing this since 1979 and we are very happy to be a part of enhancing the lives of two hard working talented architecture students, as well as taking the financial burden away for a year so they can fully focus on their studies. We do this in conjunction with the University of Memphis who matches our contribution every year. Won’t you consider helping us reach our goal of $12,000? Julie Fleming from has been instrumental in the success of this fundraiser for years and we want to help her towards another successful year! For more information, visit www.csimemphis.org
