Kiran is a non-profit organization with the mission to end the cycle of abuse and to serve and empower South Asian victims of domestic violence in North Carolina by providing culturally specific services and comprehensive economic, social and community resources.

Kiran is equipped to provide culturally and gender competent support, as well as prolonged case management to address the unique challenges faced by each client. Kiran provides client services in several specific areas which include a 24 hour crisis hotline, client advocacy, crisis counseling, safety planning, support groups, resource referrals, secondary family services, secure housing, and translation assistance.
