Resources for mental health issues are not easy, but they are available. NAMI or National Alliance on Mental Illness is a great start. The more we talk to each other, the more information gets passed along and the better we are as a whole.

On this beautiful day I am reminded of the strength our mental health. We are happy...we are sad. When a person you love suffers from mental health issues, take the time to understand. See things from their perspective. The color lens that they see their life may be completely different from yours. I was told "you may see blue and they see purple....". How do you change their mind?
The answer is you don't. You bend your thoughts to see the prism of colors and appreciate life.
Take the time to hug someone you love or call to see how they are really doing. It may seem simple....but show love to each other keeps us strong.
