What I have learned from my clients in 2022:

Life can be really hard and we can feel all by ourselves in it, even when there are so many around us.

People often misrepresent God’s love when speaking in language of us vs. them when God loves every heartbeat on this earth.

What we do with our own sin can make or break us. What we do with others sin can make or break them. Rejection is not the way, nor is Judgement.

Setting boundaries are easy to read about and make logical sense, but really hard to do when you care about those you need to set boundaries with.

So many walk through this life trying to fit in when the truth is, each of us were meant to stand out.

All of us want to feel known, heard, and understood. Take the time to “see” others in the way you want them to “see” you.

True self care and self nurture is making the choice to build a life we don’t need to escape from.

Forgiving ourselves is just as hard as forgiving others, yet it is the way of inner peace.

Healing is a lifelong process

Thank you for these life lessons. I will utilize them to help me be a better version of myself as well. Learning, growing, and healing together is priceless.

Here’s to doing life better together in 2023!

Christmas morning is such a sacred space as we reflect on the birth of Jesus Christ; the one who brings peace on earth and reconciliation between God and Man.

Wonderful counselor help us be your hands and feet to our friends, our family, and each other. Mighty God, keep our eyes open and let us see others as You see them; let us see ourselves as you see us. Wise Teacher, help us close the door of hate and open the door of love all over the world. Everlasting father, transform our hearts from the inside out so we can love deeply, give generously, and serve with a humble heart. Prince of Peace, let kindness come with every gift we give and good desires with every greeting we do.

May you always remember you are worthy of love, peace and joy. May you celebrate life for all that it is, and may you remain open to receiving God’s love and giving it away to every heartbeat on this earth, until God takes you home.
