Emma Lintecum of Raymore, Missouri, is the most recent recipient of the St. John Henry Newman Scholarship. The prestigious scholarship is awarded to five incoming Newman University students and includes a full tuition package renewable for four years.

“The experience and opportunities I will get here at Newman will be like nowhere else, and I would not want to be anywhere but here,” she said. “I believe that Newman is going to give me all of the opportunities to succeed academically, athletically and spiritually.”

Thank you to all the students from Cristo Rey OKC, Northeast Magnet. Wichita North, and Wichita West, for visiting our Newman University campus during our Difference Makers & Keep Scholarships events this spring.

These groups received free transportation to our campus for a tour, a breakfast buffet, gifts, t-shirts, opportunities to ask current students questions, and scholarship offers.

We can’t wait to see some of the participants as Jets next fall! ✈️

Today's Spring Fling drew crowds of students for boba drinks, food trucks, face painting, caricature artists, a dunk tank, slip-and-slide, photo booth and more! 🤩
