Known for its Michelin Stars in the US, Sushi Zo is the best omakase dining experience in Bangkok, New York City, LA and Tokyo and now Hong Kong. With only two sittings per day for a maximum of 14 people, the chefs are entrusted to create the menu each night based on the freshest fish and ingredients, flown in daily from Japan.

Three Executive Japanese Chefs create ever-changing dishes from individual stations, directly in front of guests, offering an extremely theatrical and personalised 18-dish experience. The seafood is carefully selected, prepared and presented one dish at a time, when flavor, temperature and texture are in a harmonized ‘Sushi Zo state’ (known as Ittai-kan).
