What is bodyART®?
It’s a 1-hour functional movement training system grounded in Western Science and Traditional Chinese yin-yang philosophy, activating our 5 myofascial lines, promoting circulation and overall wellbeing.

bodyART® Physical-Therapy Based Training (PTBT) system is designed to help you perform at your highest physical level while staying safe and injury-free.

We believe in sustainability and longevity. We create a non-competitive, welcoming atmosphere in all of our experiences, where you can fully focus on yourself and your personal goals as you move and breathe with us.

Every class is performed barefoot on a mat, integrates the full body, teaches performance breath work and ends with a restorative cool-down.
