Attention City of Dallas residents! Just $4 provides you pet with protection for the 4th of July!
You can get your pet a collar, a microchip, and a custom engraved ID tag with just a $4 donation at Dallas Animal Services! Fireworks can terrify pets help us help you get your pet back to you quickly if they end up in our care. We humbly ask for a $4 donation to Friends of Dallas Animal Services in exchange for those able to give.
*If you're just coming to get the ID tag or collar, you do not need to bring your pet. If your pet needs a microchip, please bring them with you. Dogs must be on a leash and cats must be in a carrier.

Date: Tuesday, July 2nd and Wednesday, July 3rd

🐱Free Community Cat Spay/Neuter June 29th @ Dallas Animal Services
Humane traps are strongly preferred, but hard-sided carriers acceptable for cats that can be handled. If the team is unable to handle the cat they may not be able to provide service. One cat per trap. Include name & contact information on trap/carrier. Cover with towel.
Includes spay/neuter, microchip, ear-tip, and rabies and FVRCP vaccinations.
All cats must weigh a minimum of 2 pounds.
Dallas residents only.

Adoption fees are waived and your adoption includes spay/neuter, vaccinations, microchip, and a custom ID tag.

Great news! "Airbud", the dog we hosted yesterday at City Hall, has been tagged by a wonderful rescue partner! According to Animal Services, he is on his way to bigger and better things.

This is an opportunity for the public to take out an adoptable dog for a day away from the shelter. During your daycation, you are encouraged to take plenty of photos and videos, and fill out a report card at the end of your trip.
