Here's some ❓s to ask yourself before I shed some 💡 onto the topic and talk a little about my own journey😉
What do you imagine will change or improve in your life by reaching X size or X number on the scale?
Why is this goal important to you?
Is this something you want for yourself? Or do you feel pressure coming from somewhere else?
There's always MORE to our goal then(fill in the blank)______. Hopefully, you discovered what those are by thinking through the questions above. ☺
Things to ponder about getting " BIG & BULKY"
✅-general takes women 6months-1 year to gain a few pounds of 💪
✅-it depends on genetics, body type, previous training history, how much and what types of food ones eating
✅- with the right LIFESTYLE of healthy eating🍇🥕🥑🍅...lifting weights will actually help 🔥 more BodyFat%.
✅- weight-training workouts will ⤴ your caloric burn after up to 72-hours after that ONE workout. Cardio does not do this.
✅Lifting heavy, BUT feeling bulky, check your diet. Many times women are not eating enough protein and over doing it on fat intake which can lead to the look of building muscle BUT not seeing that toned look.
✅Might need to do a ♥ check! Being STRONG, having muscles/toned look 🚫= being thin at the same time.
Believe me, I know this mind battle well of wanting to be strong and chasing thin at the same time. AND you know what I have discovered...they both can't coexist.
My mindset has shifted from thinking about the long run in life. I would rather be strong, healthy, happy than trying to chase thin for the rest of my life.
