Client Spotlight: Nolan Mussatt is heading into his senior year at Jones College Prep High School this fall. He is also a member of Jones College Prep's track and field team, where he competes in the mile, 1600 m, and 3200 m. Nolan was introduced to the Magnus Fitness & Performance training philosophy about 8 weeks ago. Now, with the proper training philosophy and hard work, the results are starting to show. Tiara partnered up with Magnus Fitness & Performance Training with the goal of losing weight.

In just 8 weeks Tiara has:
• Lost 11 lbs
• Increased lean muscle mass by 19lbs
• Decreased body fat by 11%

Leg Day: Here is a leg series that you can add to your leg workout. Tom Merritt completes a series of Weighted Step-Ups for 60 seconds, immediately followed Goblet Squats (20 reps), immediately followed by 2 minutes of StairMaster (that's 1 set). This leg series will not only add size, shape, and strength to the lower body, it will also test you cardiovascular stamina as well. So, add 4 sets of this leg series to your next leg day workout, to take your legs to the next level! Magnus Fitness & Performance is where Chicago trains, if they want results!
