Say hello to our newest member of the coaching team, Hailey Houser! She’ll coach you through class with a sly smile and some killer jokes. Hailey’s background in basketball and personal training make her a special combination that you won’t want to miss!

“ I came to Chicago a few years after my college basketball career, and became a trainer. I started at Chicago Athletic Clubs, F45, and my own private training. Now, I’m here and pumped to be a part of the Ethos Community!

One fun fact about me is…I’m gradually becoming a bird watcher. Slowly but surely.”

A movement that emphasizes scapular movement + control.

A good addition for our Deload week! WHY?

It provides a bit of technical learning + motor patterning without adding too much stress on the shoulder joint.

Exercise selection matters! That’s why we take our time programming every session with intention + above all else, with YOU in mind.

Deload week vibes. A little extra time for deep squats + morning beverages type of week.

After every 12-week training cycle we take ONE week off from our high intensity programs to let the body RECOVER before beginning our next block.

- no barbell work
- full CARs morning routine everyday
- focus on structural balance movements

It’s a long training year.

Stress + Rest = GROWTH.
