This full body 45 minute high intensity class, participants will use kettlebells, TRX, rowers, airdyne bikes, and body weight exercises to burn anywhere from 300-800 calories.

Today marks 10 years of training with Mr. John! To say I am grateful for the day he walked into the gym looking for a coach would be an understatement! He may be the client, but it goes both ways and I have learned more from this man during our sessions than I could ever have imagined. Thank you for 10 years and here’s to the next chapter!

5 benefits of a humidifier during winter 💨

Exercise is a way to boost immune health, We could all use that 😜
•
A scientific review in the Journal of Sport and Health Science (2019) found that exercise can improve immune response, lower illness risk and reduce inflammation. A 2011 study published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine, discovered that people who engaged in cardiovascular exercise five or more days of the week lowered the number of upper respiratory tract infections (such as the common cold) over a 12-week period by more than 40%. This, of course, doesn’t apply directly to the coronavirus, but the underlying message is that movement can be a kind of “medicine.”

Here is a good place to start 💪🏼
* Eat a diet high in fruits and vegetables.
* Exercise regularly.
* Maintain a healthy weight.
* Drink alcohol in moderation.
* Wash your hands frequently and thoroughly cook meats.
* Minimize stress.
