The Undergraduate Neuroscience Society is a bimonthly club dedicated to spreading knowledge of Neuroscience to the students at Temple University as well as the community. We are open to all students with an interest in neuroscience and the related fields. Our aim is to encourage students to learn more about research, professional connectivity, practical application, and to provide a social environment for the student body.

Tomorrow. 6 pm. Weiss B37 (*Notice the room change, we wanted a bigger space for this meeting!*). Be there! This presentation will offer lots of useful information and resources for getting involved in research at Temple. We will have guest speakers show you the ins and outs of CLA and CST's websites to make finding your dream lab a breeze.

Even if you don't see yourself wanting to get involved in research, it will still be a very informative meeting that could possibly help you down the road. We promise you'll learn something!

Our next GBM will be tomorrow, April 9th, at 6 pm in the Hamilton Library (Weiss 615). We will be having a very special guest speaker, so we hope you can make it!

Dr. Garelick, one of Temple's Neuroscience professors and our Faculty Advisor, will be discussing with us the work he did his dissertation on, which involves the study of proteins involved in s*x behavior in male hamsters. It is sure to be an interesting discussion!

We hope you had a great spring break! Halfway through the semester, we can do it!

Tomorrow, 3/12 at 6 pm will be our next General Body Meeting in the Weiss Hall Hamilton Library (Room 615). We will be discussing a topic we have had a lot of questions about: what to do after college. Our Vice President, Katia, was recently admitted to grad school and she will be talking about her journey! While this meeting will be mostly relative to grad school processes, we will be talking about alternate paths as well. We also have a few upcoming events we will be providing information on!

Our LAST GBM OF THE SEMESTER is this coming Tuesday at 6pm in Weiss Hall Hamilton Library (Room 615)! We will be doing neuroscience Quizzo and distributing t-shirts (we have a few extras that are first come first serve).
