Looking for great teachers, various positions available at our locations in West Seattle - Admiral area. Lead teacher, assistant teacher, floater/teacher aide. Licensed Preschool. Minimum High School degree, preferred University ECE credits. Portable background check per WAC rules. MERIT.
Requirements:
• 18 years of age or older.
• Current state approved first-aid certification.
• Current state approved infant/child CPR certification.
• TB test by Mantoux method.
• Cleared Portable Background Check, submitted in MERIT workforce.
• HIV/AIDS/Bloodborne Pathogen training certification.
• A food worker card.
• Immunization record indicating that you have received the MMR vaccine or proof of
immunization.
• Immunization record indicating that you have received latest Covid-19 vaccine.
• Show flexibility if working hours change pending on need of Preschools, as well as
location (to be able to work at any of the SELC branches).

We got jobs; multiple locations in West Seattle, Alki and North Admiral. Licensed Preschool; Supervisor minimum requirement: 47 ECE credits and work experience from Preschools. Locally owned Preschools on West Seattle looking for Supervisor as well as other Lead Teacher positions.

Admiral 2 branch - The Elementary class at Seattle Early Learning Center; Kindergarden to 2nd grade; online support and classes.

Seattle Early Learning Center; Admiral 2 location; our Preschool class and rooftop play area.

Starting in September in line with Public Schools remote learning.
Elementary School Support, for elementary school age kids 5 to 9 years old. The classes are run out of our new building in North Admiral, 2310 California Ave SW, Seattle WA 98116. Elementary School teachers have been hired. Classrooms are being set up. Please inquiry or tell your friends!

We are opening up Elementary School support to assist parents during WA state school closures.

This week children were tasked with creating a structure only using uncooked spaghetti and marshmallows. At first, they were a little apprehensive, but they all put their mind and skills to it and created fantastic structures. Structures include: a tower, dad's car and the Space Needle!

Sunshine room students are getting more comfortable with their pincer grasps by using paint brushes to trace their letter of the week. At the end of the week, the class has Show and Share where the students bring in an item that begins with that letter of the week! Children are exploring all the different ways they can use paint. They recently were introduced to driving their cars in paint, resulting in painted tracks, which they absolutely adore!

5 days/week spot is available in the Toddlers classroom (1-2,5 years old children).
