Dear Followers, my apologies for being absent for the past 4 weeks - took time off to visit family and had lots of schedule changes as I opened up my practice. I’m settled into the new routine now and plan on starting teaching LIVE pilates classes next week! My plan is twice a week, tentatively Tuesdays and Thursdays. I will announce the exact time 2 days prior. Our next class is June 23rd at 7:30am! No equipment needed!
