Meet Sophie, our new PT at the Kendall Yards Location!
Sophie graduated from Eastern Washington University 🦅 with her BS in Exercise Science and received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from George Fox University. Throughout her time in school she found a passion for treating artistic athletes, dancers, and patients struggling with low back pain. While treating all impairments, she prioritizes using evidence-based practice and values holistic patient-centered care.
Sophie grew up as a competitive dancer 🩰 and is excited about incorporating her passion for dance into her physical therapy practice.
She is originally from Spokane and spends her free time doing all things outdoors 🏕️, exploring nature 🌼, and spending time with family🏡.
Fun Facts about Sophie!
👉🏼She recently went to Africa in June last year with George Fox University on a medical service trip to treat adults and pediatric populations.
👉🏼She was a competitive dancer throughout high school and continues to dance whenever she can!

Physical Therapy

Performance Training
We work with youth, high school, collegiate, and professional athletes from all over the Northwest. Our programs are unique to every athlete who walks in the door. After assessing your strengths and weaknesses, our physical therapists and certified strength & conditioning specialists will design an individualized sport specific program. All our performance trainers are certified through the National Strength & Conditioning Association and Nike SPARQ. Expect to improve your speed, agility, vertical jump, core strength, balance, and personal confidence. We offer both individual and small group training scheduled around our clients’ busy lives.
Personal Training
Our facility and specialized approach to exercise allows you to escape the traditional routine of the gym. Our philosophy is different from any gym you have experienced! All our personal trainers are certified by the most respected organization, the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Our unique, client-centered, functional training is unmatched. Say goodbye to boring workouts!
Soccer Center
Conveniently located in our Downtown facility, the U-District Soccer Center has top of the line Sprint Turf, glass boards, and plenty of room for spectators. We offer youth and adult soccer leagues, as well as facility rentals for soccer, football, field hockey, birthday parties, and more!
U-District Foundation
To truly impact someone, you have to train more than their body. Our goal is to inspire and educate kids to live healthier lives. We put on free Fitness & Fun camps during summer and winter breaks, provide certified sport trainers to local schools who need assistance with their PE programs, and give scholarships to deserving youth.
