It feels incredible to feel incredible!!!! Last week I detoxed on SO many levels

Letting go always creates a spaciousness for more of what IS in alignment with the version of you and your life you are manifesting to be drawn to you, faster.

This was a completely intuitive decision, guided by my highest self and landed over the 8/8 portal period.

I let go of a lot.

Toxicity in my body.

Thoughts in my mind.

I dreamt of things that had happened in the past I thought I’d let go of but my mind guided me to complete the process.

Physically my body passed parasites.

Mentally I felt so ENERGETIC, clear minded, happy and CONFIDENT!

With that energy I spent a lot of time on vision and goals

I signed up new coaching clients, retreat clients AND celebrated current clients with their huge wins!

With that energy, I thought to myself, it’s time to stretch myself further and show my clients even more of what’s possible when we follow our soulYES and put my first procuct to print!!!!!!!! ✨🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

This detox has been incredible.
I did have a headache, but it passed and was my journey in detatchment, letting go and non resistance energy release.

I meditated a lot *but normally do!

I did yoga daily.

I had more time, because I was much more aware of how I was spending my time.

I did many uncomfortable things because I intentially detoxed and had no way to self sabotage, so I was very aware of my egos voice and loved her up!

Detox is the best thing ever to allow all of you to come into alignment with a higher vibrational version of yourself and also to let manifestations physically land 🧬💓🙌🏼

This is a workshop delivered specifically to Year 11 & 12 students in the critical years of their schooling where they may be challenged physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

This workshop aims to inspire young achievers to build resilience and inner strength, encouraging them to pursue their goals with enthusiasm. It emphasizes that challenges are a natural part of the journey and can be used as a source of strength.

The workshop covers essential skills such as:
- Mental and physical wellbeing
- Focus and energy
- Motivation and confidence
- Self-belief
- Building resilience in the face of adversity

Through the "Soulshine Living 12 Steps to Wellness Workshop," students will learn to create a life they love in a body they love.
