We would like to take the time out to thank for these custom designed gifts. This was very thoughtful of you and we will cherish the moment. Monitoring your childโs screen time on phones, iPads, and tablets is crucial for their mental and physical well-being. Excessive screen time can lead to distractions, sleep issues, and stress, impacting their ability to focus and perform well in school. By setting healthy limits and encouraging activities like reading, outdoor play, and creative hobbies, you help create a balanced environment that prepares them for a successful school year. Engaging them in meaningful ways outside of screen time will boost their mental readiness and overall well-being.
Letโs help keep these babies on track. Check their phones periodically. Check their social media messages. We have to do better with knowing whatโs going on behind our backs. ๐
As we gear up for the 2024-2025 school year starting next week, itโs important to focus not just on supplies, but also on our childrenโs mental health. Talk with your child about their feelings, listen to their concerns, and reassure them that they have your full support as they face new challenges. Encourage positive routines, provide a calm space for homework, and remind them that their well-being comes first. A strong support system at home sets the foundation for a successful school year ahead!

By providing support and resources, we can help each other heal and ensure that our community, particularly our young people, can move forward with hope and resilience.
