Here are a couple of things to try: Shoulder rolls, chin tucks, seated heel and toe raises, sit to stands from your chair, and cross legged stretches. See your Tailwind PT to learn which ones are best. Try setting an alarm throughout the day to work on your desk exercises to keep yourself honest 😊 “

“Core training is an important part of any activity progression program. It can prevent spinal injury and degeneration because it stabilizes the spine, helps with postural alignment and proper form through the upper and mid torso, cervical stabilization, and correct pelvic movement patterns. Focusing on core strength as you progress other activities that involve rotation, stabilization, and loading with weights will ensure a long lasting and powerful progression in any activity” 🙌🏼
