How many times a week should I be doing Pilates? ⁠

The majority of our members attend 3 times per week, which is a perfect amount to be able to both see and feel the changes Pilates can make in no time. A consistent routine and regular practice is best if you're looking for significant progress. ⁠

However, something is better than nothing! Coming even once a week will still get you results. And since Pilates is a low-impact form of exercise, if you feel best coming everyday, there is nothing wrong with that either!⁠

Whatever you can make work NOW is perfect, just get started. ⁠

The Plank... one of our all-time favourites to strengthen the core, with endless variety. Love them or learning to love them (😜), you're likely to find at least one in every Pilates class. Let's help you with a few tips & tricks:

1. Focus on form: Keep your shoulders over your wrists/elbows and maintain one straight line throughout the body. Press up through your shoulder blades, draw your belly in and think of connecting your ribs towards your hips.

2. Slow and steady: Take your time, move with control and focus on connecting your breath to your movement.

3. Modify as needed: Don't hesitate to adjust your position to match your fitness level, such as staying on your knees or dropping to your elbows. Make it challenging yet achievable and progress as you get stronger!

New Winter Schedule!
With the cooler weather rolling in, we have some changes to the schedule, taking effect from April 8th.

Please check your bookings as the 8am classes are no longer available and Tuesday and Thursday night classes have moved to 5pm, 6pm and 7pm.

Have you heard? We are expanding! 😍

This week! Our studio is undergoing some renovations to expand our space. This will give us all a little more room to move, as well as allow an extra 2 people into each class, taking us from a 6-bed to an 8-bed studio 🙌🏼

We are super excited, however it does mean the studio will be closed on Thursday and Friday of this week as the works take place.

We can’t wait to see you back in on Saturday in our brand new, spacious space! 💛
