At Return, our dedicated physio-trained instructors are here to support you every step of the way! Our bustling group classes are designed to be inclusive for everyone, but we understand that sometimes a little more personalised attention is needed for certain injuries or conditions.

As part of our partnership with , we are able to offer individual assessments and Clinical Pilates just three doors down at the Physio studio.
If you need extra support or more individualised care in our Return classes, we encourage you to visit our physio clinic. This way, we can help you to get the most out of your Pilates journey and your body!

Let's Talk Core

There are a lot of muscles that make up your core:
- Transverse abdominis (the deep-seated abdominal muscle)
- Obliques (muscles responsible for waist twists and rotations)
- Pelvic floor (supporting the pelvic region)
- Multifidus (a small but crucial lower back muscle)
- And some more muscles that we won't delve into here; we don't want to bore you ;)

At Return,we advocate for a mindful approach to activating your core muscles. Next time you're in a class, take some time to slow things down and see how efficiently you can engage your core muscles.

If you've been enjoying our Foundation classes regularly, you might be ready to experience the perfect blend of Foundational Pilates and jump board exercises in our NEW CLASS:
⚡️ Foundation Plus Jump (Adv. Beginner) ⚡️

This class combines jump boards and some dynamic moves to boost endurance, bone strength, while continuing with your Foundational Pilates technique.

** Please attend a minimum of 5 regular Foundation classes to prepare for this class.

Return family, here are some things to remember 🤍

✨ Arrive on time:
Arrive 5-10 minutes early for your classes to ensure you settle in with enough time, you can receive a proper warm up for the class to follow & don’t disrupt others in the class so that everyone can enjoy the experience together.
If the studio doors are closed, we ask that you do not enter the class if you are late.
If you plan to leave your class early, please notify your instructor before the class so they are aware. We prefer you to stick it out for the full 50 minutes to avoid disrupting the cool down.

✨ Cancelation Policy:
If you need to cancel, cancel prior to our 6 hour cancelation period to avoid a fee. This also allows your reservation to open for others.

✨ Socks:
Return Pilates is a ‘socks-on’ studio. You must wear grip or normal socks to our classes. If you forget to bring socks, we will provide you with some to borrow for the class.

✨ Joining a waitlist for a class is the same as you booking in and committing to a class. Please check your account regularly before the scheduled class time to see whether you have been added to the class.

✨ Please tell your instructor about any injuries, pregnancies or concerns that you may have prior to the class so that modifications can be made accordingly.

✨ Avoid attending your class if you have any cold or flu symptoms. We require a medical certificate for those wishing to extend their class packs due to illness.

✨ Don’t forget to share the love when you’re in our studio.

Through consistent Pilates practice, you'll notice improvements in strength and coordination, making exercises more manageable.

To progress in classes, consider adjusting your spring levels in your current class or incorporating additional layers in exercises.

Once you feel confident, have elevated your spring levels, and crave a greater challenge, it might be time to transition to the next class level!
