The Arts at NEIU

We have had four great day camps already this summer at NEIU and the students have shown so much creativity! Musical Theater EsCape performed Aladdin kids, the Art In Engineering camp mastered the X tool, and Kid’s Crafting camp and ArtSmart painting camp created masterpieces! We have such amazing camp instructors! Special thanks to the NEIU Art Department, PTS Staff, and the NEIU Music and Dance department for all of their support.

Free Halloween Concert!

The 2023-2024 Jewel Box Series concert season tickets are on sale! Eight artists from different genres offer something for everyone. World renowned trumpeter Tine Thing Helseth (Norway), Tres Souls (Los Angeles), and social media sensation: King s Return, just to name a few. The season kicks off September 29th with the Tesla String Quartet.

Internationally renowned multi-genre trombonist Marshall Gilkes presents a masterclass with NEIU brass students at 3:05 p.m. in the Recital Hall and then joins the NEIU Wind Ensemble and Varsity Big Band in Concert at 7:30 p.m. in the Auditorium.
