While courtyard yoga is on pause for the colder months, you can find your zen with our Vinyasa Flow and Restorative Yoga classes in our cosy toasty mat room ✨ We explain the difference between both class styles below:
+ Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic practice that’s often more playful than other styles and we love it for its ability to lift the heart rate, build strength and heat before allowing students slip into a moving meditation that benefits the body and mind. At the end of one of these up beat flows, you get to mellow out in a well deserved Savasana (final rest pose) to leave you floating.
+ Restorative yoga is a fusion of two core styles of traditional yoga: Hatha and Yin. Restorative yoga begins with slow breath controlled movements, to mindfully get the body warm and safely come into a series of passive yoga stretch-holds which are held for anything from 1-5 minutes. The beauty of Restorative is the ability to observe the release you feel in both mind and body as you truly let go.

Chloe teaches a killer reformer class - creatively constructed and filled with fresh moves that hit all the right spots! She then flows seamlessly into being the most empathetic clinical therapist and efficient manager of our clinical Pilates stream.

+ Born in Ballarat and a country girl before living in Sydney for 7 years

Our pilates classes emphasise correct alignment, technique, and exercise principles to truly develop core strength, improve balance and coordination, and fine control of the body’s joints. Adding props such as the squishy ball and b***y bands can help to align the body, activate the correct areas and deepen the exercises, giving you the ultimate feel good burn 💫

The current schedule can be viewed on the Sum of Us app.
We will be closed Christmas Eve, Boxing Day & New Years Day.

We will be closed between the 23rd of December - 1st of January giving some of our team a well deserved rest!
