We can't trust our food suppliers – nitrates in our foods
Today, I want to bring to your attention the hidden dangers lurking in our food – synthetic nitrates. Unlike their natural counterparts found in vegetables like spinach and beets, synthetic nitrates used in processed foods and preservatives can pose significant health risks.

Natural nitrates are beneficial, aiding in blood pressure regulation and improving circulation. However, synthetic nitrates, often found in cured meats and packaged foods, can transform into nitrosamines in the body – compounds linked to cancer and other serious health conditions.

The comparison is akin to natural vs. artificial sugar. While natural sugars, such as those in fruits, come with fiber and nutrients that aid digestion and provide sustained energy, artificial sugars and high fructose corn syrup found in sodas and sweets lead to obesity, diabetes, and metabolic disorders.

We must be vigilant about what we consume. Opt for whole foods and read labels carefully. Our health is too precious to compromise with synthetic substitutes that do more harm than good. Choose natural, stay informed, and protect your well-being. Thank you.
